Delivery of products

Deliveries are made via GLS Italia express courier. As a general rule, orders whose products are available in stock are shipped the same day or after a maximum of 21 days if the products are not in stock. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays of any kind will be shipped the next working day. The estimated delivery times by express courier are 4 - 5 working days from the date of shipment, but being a service provided by an external company this delivery time can not be guaranteed by us.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package that will contain your order. To find out the exact amount, simply add the desired products to your cart.

The minimum shipping cost is: GLS Italy - 9,99 euros.

Shipping costs start from a minimum value for the first kg of packaged product, increase based on the total weight of the package and include actual handling, packaging and shipping costs. The costs are the same for any location in Italy - the variations depend only on the final weight of the package. We recommend that you group the desired products in one order. If you make multiple orders, they will be shipped separately and you will have to pay more shipping costs for each package. On the day of shipment you will be notified via email and you will be provided with a shipping code through which you will be able to discover at any time the place where the package is located.

You can get free shipping when the total value of the order exceeds 99 euros (including VAT). The courier will make two delivery attempts in two consecutive working days. If you can not collect the package in these two days, you will need to collect the order from the courier's office. There are no door-to-door deliveries on Saturdays or legal holidays. Confidentiality of deliveries Confidentiality is a priority for us. The packages are packaged and labeled so that nothing indicates the content or the shop that sent it.

Return of products

You have the legal right to return the product or products purchased after written communication within 14 working days from the date you received the order. To return the products, these must be in the original packaging - NOT OPEN - and obviously not used. Compliance with product hygiene is very important to us. Do not send products if you do not have our prior acceptance. If the products are received by us and are intact, the money will be returned to your account / card within 30 calendar days of the return receipt. Return costs are exclusively charged to the customer.

Product warranty

The products sold have a 12 month warranty. You have two months from the date of delivery to report non-compliance or defects. This request can only be made by email. The general warranty exceptions are for inflatable products for which the 12-month warranty applies only to the valve that controls pressure maintenance and the connector tube, as we can not know if the product has been forced or inflated incorrectly. For the rest of the products, we guarantee within 14 calendar days the shipment of a new product to replace the non-compliant one. The products sold will not be repaired. To request a warranty for a product, send the defective product along with the original invoice for verification. If it is confirmed that the product does not have its normal functionality, we will proceed with its replacement without shipping costs. The shipping costs for the initial detection of the complaint are charged to the customer.
